And now the question itself - I just noticed that the speed of downloading any traffic from google servers, whether it's a video from youtube, or downloading a file from google drive, exceeds the download speed from other servers, this feature was noticed using vpn and not, for example, on servers Amazon has a speed of about 10-15Mbps, and on Google servers 70-80Mbps, I know that there is such a tool as Google Global Cache, and you can write off the increased speed without VPN, but using it, the situation does not change , all traffic using wireguard goes through it, including 10.0.0.0/8 and 192.168.0.0/16.
Any ideas. How can this anomaly be described?

Is there any packet loss? If there is, then the difference in speed may be due to the fact that Google's servers use http3 (which works via UDP), and TCP, when packets are lost, starts sending a lot of TCP retransmission and hammers a nail into the network speed coffin.
I once had 20% packet losses on the provider side, and the speed of many sites dropped to 10-100 kb, but Google's http3 servers responded very quickly, and there the losses were a maximum of 2 times, but not tens or hundreds of times.
