Why is the size of the cron table in the database increasing?

Site on modx. The CronManager plugin is installed. There is a table in the database (which apparently belongs to this plugin) that is constantly growing. I have never encountered cron at all, so I don’t know what can be done with this database. Can it be removed or not.

Even by the name you can see, there are accumulated logs, you can clean it.

This is log. There are just logs with the results of execution. Can be deleted.
