Why is the size of query_cache_limit not increasing. ISPmanager?

I'm trying to increase the value of the query_cache_limit parameter in the database server settings in ISPmanager, but after I click save, nothing changes. What could be the problem?

The panel does not make changes to the .cnf file, this must be done manually. The panel can only query the database. You can do the same in variables in phpmyadmin.
