Your so-called transcient-options may not have been transferred, because they are tied to the domain.
To transfer any site to WordPress, use the plugin https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ - it checks everything very meticulously and replaces domains/settings/addresses wherever possible.
In 2016, migrating a site to WP manually is nonsense.
