Why is the site floating in safari?

The site is adequately displayed everywhere, except for safari, and this page goes to safari. What could be the problem?

The only option is to look through something like lambdastudio. There is an iPhone emulator with a code, it seems like 6 free attempts for 10 minutes from one email. If not enough, you can register at least 10 from different emails.
I also rode when the client had an iPhone below version 11. There was such a thing that you couldn’t guess - the height of the blocks, at 100%, either stretched them to the full, or how the minimum was needed, I already forgot. In general, things that are not obvious to human modern browsers at all.
