Why is the rtmp image distorted?

Hello!
There was such a problem: when relaying an RTSP stream through nginx-module-rtmp, various artifacts appear, the image is strongly distorted.
The relay goes through a dead server on ubuntu, maybe due to a lack of server computing power?
