Why is the responsive menu not working in Wordpress using Bootstrap?

I made a website using Bootstrap, everything works great on Denwer, I transferred the site to Wordpress, now the adaptive vertical menu button does not work :( Help!!! Maybe I connected the scripts incorrectly? I googled for a few hours, it doesn’t help ...

C Denver has already been transferred to Wordpress, such a menu button does not work if you look at the site on a mobile phone:
You click on it, and in response there is silence :(
