Why is the request not coming?

I create a telegram bot through a webhook, make a tunnel through localtunnel, send a telegram request via postman, writes the webhook is set. When I test on a working computer, everything works, then I transfer the project to Raspberry, I do all the same operations, but for some reason, requests do not come at all. With what it can be connected?

You are doing something wrong somewhere. Press your head to the monitor, sit do not move; toster's regular psychics will come to work and count all the missing data and give a more complete answer.
