Why is the request not being processed?

SELECT * FROM `set` WHERE st = '1' ORDER BY tf ASC, cp ASC

I send a request, it should find me all the lists with the value st 1 and sort them from smallest to largest by tf and cp, now it sorts me only by st, what's wrong?
