They wrote on the internet that you can install PyQt5 via exe`shnik, downloaded opened it gave me an error something about the wrong python, 3.4 he needed .... Well, okay deleted 3.7.2 installed 3.4.0, now even just the scripts do not start .... I installed 3.7.2 again, the scripts began to work, but PyQt5 is still not installed ... pip works for me a lot, I have already connected libraries.

Old 32-bit Python.
Deprecated PyQt5. It can be perverted and put on Python 3.10 - there is already PyQt6 / PySide2, with which there are no problems.
