Why is the product photo displayed only after the page is reloaded?

Good afternoon!

I upload goods to the site on bitrix through an excel table. One of the columns contains the path to the photo of the form /upload/iblock/foto/du010.jpg, the photos are uploaded to the hosting.

After loading, the first time you view the product page, the image is not displayed if viewed as an unlogged user. After reloading the page everything is ok. If you later open the same product in a different browser/device, the photo will load the first time.

If viewed from the admin panel, then the product photo is arbitrarily renamed by Bitrix and transferred to another folder:

Clearing the cache, re-indexing the site does not help.

What field or element property are you loading into?
It looks like when you import data from a file, you load it into a property with a string type, and when you open a page with products, a product photo is added.
It's easy to check:

Open a product (item) in the control panel
Delete the image in the Detail Image field
Open the product page in the public area

Expected result:
Product photo is missing, but after page refresh it is displayed.
After that, open the product (item) again in the control panel and check the Detailed image field, it should display an image (but you deleted it before).
If everything is so, then you need to immediately load the image into the required field during import.
