Why is the printer offline?

There are two computers that are connected via LAN. And one printer, which is connected to the PC-1, and to the PC-2 is connected via the network. On the PC-2, the printer is often offline. What could be the reason?

Check power management profiles. Uncheck ports and network cards (allow disable to save)
