, but this connection is not visible in Visual Studio. I disabled all protections.


even tried to register the connection string with his hands and still does not see it. I use Visual Studio 2019 for students (free-truncated :) )

note: I tried to use the Npgsql library to connect to Visual Studio and there is nothing there either doesn't see...

The problem is most likely in the capacity. Try the 32-bit odbc driver to install, configure and connect.
