Why is the parser not receiving content?

I'm trying to parse the site with PhantomJS, when I enter the site without a proxy, I get excellent content, when working with proxies I can't get the content. Proxies are working, tried http(s), socks, etc. I have also tried many countries. What exactly could be the problem?
