after installing pure win7 in browsers (IE11, FF29), most https pages are displayed only as text. No scripts or pictures are loaded

What paths are used?
Do not use paths that specify a protocol:
instead of

<script src="http://yandex.st/jquery/1.8.3/jquery.min.js"></script>

Your IE saw an error with the certificate. Judging by the appearance of the page, the static content (css) was not loaded. There can be many problems, you can’t figure it out right away, infection is possible ... Try using a different browser.
