The page is loaded, the height of all elements is considered, and your custom scrollbar is initialized, instead of the one offered by the browser, and then the directory block is loaded, the height of which was not calculated. Everything is a dead end.
or disable nafig custom scroll which is nicescroll , or activate last.

Look in the WP settings. If they added such functionality, most likely it can be [ on | off ]. If this is not the case, then you will have to write a crutch.
