Why is the page not being added to the Google index?

Good all day! There is a page https://www.plombacentr.by/product-category/proshi... (and not just one). I worked on it a lot: I rewrote articles several times for it, many times manually added a console to the search, posted links to it. All the same, Google writes: scanned, but not indexed. It's been like that for 2 months now. There are no filters, the content is unique. I changed the url of the page twice: I thought that this method would add it to the index. I have already done everything that is possible and hands down. What is the point of working with online stores then? By the way, Yandex indexes everything in a couple of days.
What else have I tried:

1. Did contextual advertising to be included in the index
   
2. Increased the amount of text up to 4000 thousand characters
   
3. Every week I rewrote give and description
   
4. Made a second sitemap with non-indexed pages
   
5. Changed graphics in the department
   

And the most annoying thing is that Google does not index the landing page, where all the products are, but several product positions. Prim on these positions there is no optimization at all except for the site and description. Tried to solve this problem by setting canonical tags linking to the page I want. And even that didn't help. These pages with canonical tags haven't even left the index.
What haven't I tried yet? Any ideas would be very helpful to me. Thank you!

The site has a lot of errors / shortcomings that hinder promotion. As an example:

• several h1 headers on the pages (in the footer (site footer) the phone number is the first level header);
  
• there is no link to the sitemap in the robots.txt file;
  
• there are no normal external links to the site at all, regardless of the age of the site, while there are outgoing links to the sites wenthemes.com, selectneo.by, kleymabel.by;
  
• do not use Cyrillic characters in the url, WordPress has special plugins for automatic transliteration of such urls;
  

One solution to this problem is to buy really high-quality links to the promoted page, while it is necessary that this page be well optimized.
The address indicated on the site (where the form of organization (LLC, sole proprietorship, etc.), company name) is also not enough), there is no page "About the store", "Contacts", "Reviews", I did not find your organization on the maps.

• set actual lastmod
