Why is the page address not formed correctly when calling the modal window?

I need to pass the id parameter to actionUpdate and display the view in the modal window. Here is the address:
.../web/index.php?r=manual1/update?id=100
causes a 404 error. What to do ?

It is impossible to answer this question precisely, because there is no code. So look if there is such a page or not, maybe there is no such page in the controller or there is no id with such a record. There are many options, I can't say for sure.
