Why is the old version of the site shown to new users?

A site without an engine, only js, css, html Here is the site itself
It turns out that the client enters the site through the search and gets the old version of the site, I don’t know why.
I have already registered the meta-title

I have already registered the rules in .htaccess

And still the site with the old price tags is shown to the client.
What did I write wrong or did not add, please help guys.
And because of this problem stupidly lose customers.

Cache on the hosting side.
ISP cache.
Cache from CDN.
Cache in the client browser.
There are many options. Pull the host for a start.
