I noticed such a problem in the Yandex browser: when I make up a site and save a text document with html and ccs to see the result in the browser, the old version of the site is loaded. It turns out that the new changes did not take effect. When clearing the history (Shif + Ctrl + Del), information about the site is deleted and all styles are loaded again, but you have to do this every time. It’s not convenient somehow ... I climbed in the settings, I didn’t find anything, tell me what to do?

I never worry about this topic :) Ctrl + F5 - fingers do it themselves, you don’t have to force them :))

I solve this problem with this crutch:
I add random numbers to CSS and JS files that I often change during development.
When you start production, you can remove it.
