Why is the olapuser schema not being imported into the test database?

Situation: I'm trying to transfer the olap scheme from the combat base to the test one, when importing it into the test one, errors appear at the very beginning:

I can’t understand what the error is, I imported the schemes many times, I meet this for the first time.
Version 12c cluster of two nodes, ASM, Grid. Test base of the same version, also clustered, but with one node. The difference in block sizes, on the combat 32, on the test 8.

What DB version? How was the test database created?
