Why is the new site not opening for some providers (more than 2 days have passed)?

Problem with the new site.
I registered a domain on Friday (more than 3 days) registered ns digitalocean
I set up a LEMP server there, added letsencrypt
The site opens, but not for all providers.
For example, beeline opens.
For others, it works through VPN, what's the matter and where to dig, there are no ideas.
On the server on the same ip two sites can this be the case?
Can anyone come across?
Roskomnadzor did not seem to block ip.
I would be grateful for any tips.

Some providers simply do not have routes to specific subnets - this sometimes happens. In this case, they simply send a request and they fix
