Why is the network hanging on guest windows in proxmox?

Periodically (an obvious pattern has not been identified), network interfaces in guest Windows machines freeze. They do not respond to pings, the adapter status is no network. Helps simple off / on the network adapter in the guest machine. Observed on two different physical servers with the same proxmox version (Linux kernel version 5.0.15-1-pve #1 SMP PVE 5.0.15-1 (Wed, 03 Jul 2019 10:51:57 +0200); manager version PVE pve-manager/6.0-4/2a719255).
Guest - different Windows, interfaces hang at the same time on all, regardless of the version. Debian guests continue to work normally. No errors were found in syslog.

Good afternoon!
Check if the selected type of network adapter for guest VMs is correct, or delete them and recreate them.
