Why is the mouse buggy in Linux?

Hello specialists!

It costs debian 10.8 (x86-64) (Cinnamon 3.8.8, kernel 4.19.0-14-amd64). Mouse wireless Oklick 505MW. In windows 10, the mouse works fine, but in debian it periodically slows down, i.e. I move it, but it does not move or moves with inhibitions, jerks and delays. At the same time, the red window of the mouse sensor starts blinking wildly or goes out. Sometimes it works great for a long time. Usually it helps to juggle the battery, juggle the USB transceiver, sometimes it helps to pull the buttons on the mouse and the mouse from the surface and put it back (sometimes, but not always). Windows 10 doesn't have this problem. I'm almost a beginner in linux, I can and I know some but not all.
What could be the problem? How to search for a problem?
