Why is the modification cache not being deleted in Opencart 3.0.2 (ocStore)?

Edited one twig file in the template editor.
I do not want to use the built-in editor, I prefer the IDE.
Therefore, to fix the bug, I installed the Cache-cleaner module and the Fix Theme Editor patch.
Did the installation according to the instructions .
However, the modification cache is not deleted.

And yet, in Extensions / Modules, the "Clear Cache" module for some reason has the status "Disabled", although when in "Editing Module" it is "Enabled".


What could be the problem?

Since you are using an IDE, then you can clear the system/storage/cache folder (except for index.html)
