Why is the message "You have been locked out" displayed?

There was a problem logging into the site.
Can anyone tell me the reason for this problem? Exactly the reason, since they started rolling a barrel at me. But when I last logged in, everything worked.

It bears little resemblance to the built-in tools of the VI. It can be a protection plugin on the WP or hosting settings. Try to go in another browser and in incognito mode - if it does not let you, then most likely you have been blocked by IP. Try from a different device on a different network or VPN. If it blocks during authorization, then the blocking is most likely tied to a specific account.
