A connection is made from the phone without problems, but at the same time the router itself does not ping from the phone, but its web interface is available. Other devices from the local network are also not available on the phone, the web interfaces of other devices do not open.

It is very similar to a firewall - check that it is allowed to go to 192.168.1/24 from the 172.16.30/24 subnet.
And in the manual from the kinetics, it is recommended to leave the field "Checking activity", it is also keepalive, empty.
