Why is the live server not working?

, I have the following situation:
Last night I had to do some actions in cmd, just execute the commands and insert the result of their action into the report. Most of the commands were related to the network and routing.
Today, while running a live server in VS Code, I found that it simply stopped working
. A Gulp build with the same translation of the site to the browser refuses to work and gives the following: connect ENETUNREACH 127.0.0.1:3000

How can I solve this problem? Thanks in advance)
