Why is the list of news not displayed on the main page?

Previously, everything worked, but from time to time it disappeared and then the norm after an hour .. now it disappeared again and it has been like this for a long time, I would like to understand what the problem is. PS if I'm on the VDS, there is no xtacses in the folder with the engine.
