Why is the LightBox gallery not working?

Lightbox gallery not working.
I connected everything correctly - first the CSS of the lightbox, then my own CSS, the same thing with JS (first jQuery, then LightBox, then my own JS.
In the markup, I wrote this:

But when you click on the content of this block, the link opens just an image in the browser, without a lightbox. What's the problem?
