Why is the library not installed from github?

Can't install python library instagram_private_api.
If I install it on a computer using pip install git+ssh://[email protected]/ping/[email protected] ,
then I get "Cannot find command 'git' Storing debug log for failure in...
I tried to install on pythonanywhere.com, it gave:
Command "git clone -q ssh://[email protected]/ping/instagram_private_api.git /tmp/pip-GHJcsT-build" failed with error code 128 in None

Most likely git is not installed
