Why is the less2css plugin for ST3 throwing an error?

Installed Sublime text 3, less plugin, less2css.
However, less does not compile, and when you try to compile or just save the document, you get the message less2css error winerror 2 The file specified cannot be found .
Here's what's in the console:

[less2css] Converting C:\Users\1\Desktop\project\css\style.less to C:\Users\1\Desktop\project\css\style.css
error: less2css error: [WinError 2] Cannot find the specified file

I would appreciate any hint.)

Try removing extra plugins in your ST3 related to LESS. Most likely it's them.
