Why is the layout in the android browser?

Directologists launch an advertising company, but when analyzing traffic, it turns out that one-screeners will not convert.
When they began to look, it turned out that users from Facebook, Instagram, when clicking on links, open them in the built-in android browser, where the layout goes like hell, and it goes in such a way that it defies any logic: then the footer will go to the middle of the screen, although there is a similar code on the other page doesn't happen. Then the text will break up, and other crap. Who has experienced this?
For example, here is a link to one of the pages https://premium-sochi.ru/subrenovation
I don’t know how to fix it, because everything opens up for me, I don’t even understand how to track down the cause.

@Steppp

Have you heard anything about prefixes? For a validator?
+ to see how the layout has gone, just set the resolution to 320px in google chrome.
Verska is of course terrible (I don’t want to advise anything, Replace all margins with paddings! + on mobile, make this big photo in the background without positions, and the form in the center on positions! + use prefixes (google autoprefixer).
