Why is the jQuery datepicker in fancybox floating down?

I'm making a website
when you click on the "Sign up for a fitting" button when you select a date, the datepicker floats down

if you scroll the site without closing the form up and click on the date selection again, then everything is ok, what could it be for a cant, who will tell you where to dig or how to solve it?

The issue was resolved by updating jquery ui
