Why is the Internet not working on Win 10 LTSC?

I have a low-power laptop, I installed Win10 LTSC on it. Before that, it had other operating systems and the Internet worked on them. I put LTSC and the Internet does not work, or rather "Connected, without the Internet." I tried to connect both Wi-Fi and the phone via USB modem - the same error. How to solve this problem?
PS "Diagnosis of problems" does not work.
