Why is the Intel Core i7 10700 getting hot?
I assembled a new PC with an Intel Core i7 10700. At the first start in the BIOS, the processor temperature was at first 39, and then rose to 44-45. The BIOS screen was just opened. Cooler Be quiet! Dark Rock 4, not bundled. Tell me, is this a normal temperature or should it be lower?

It should be smaller, after all, 65w in stock on a 200w cooler. Perhaps the thermal paste is applied incorrectly or the cooler is screwed crookedly. I would count on 35 in bios
