Why is the input value missing?

There is such a table, the data in it arrives from the service and is generated every 5 seconds ... The problem is that when I enter some value into the input , it disappears after 5 seconds, as the service generates new values. What could be the problem ?

This means that the Note value is also pulled from the service.
