Why is the icon not showing?

Installed Acrobat Reader DC. In one profile in the start menu, the icon is displayed normally, but in the other it is not. How to fix a bug? (Such a de problem was several times in Lubuntu)

In the search, enter System , on the panel on the right, select Advanced system settings , where Performance you press the button Settings ... , and check the box: Show thumbnails instead of icons . You save everything.
