Why is the group_id parameter not passed to Odnoklassniki group applications?

Hello, I ran into a problem developing the Groups Application . When launched from a mobile/native application, the group_id and viewer_type parameters are not passed. When launched from the site and the mobile version of the site, these parameters are transferred.
According to the documentation ( https://apiok.ru/services/group_app ) these parameters must be passed.
Why is this happening and how to fix it?
