Why is the GPO not working?

Good time of the day! I configured the GPO to prohibit USB media, checked it on several PCs and it worked everywhere. After the weekend, I insert a USB flash drive and it opens for a user who has been denied access. I checked the GPO again, all the settings are the same as before, adding myself to the list of users who are denied access to all flash drives. Please tell me what could be the matter?
