Why is the font not connected to links?

This is the first time I see such behavior of the font, it connects, it works, but the links look like a standard font.
Do links require a special font?)))

Either the cascade is broken or ctrl+f5 will help

Property Description
A:link Specifies the style for a normal unvisited link.
A:visited Specifies the style for a visited link.
A:active Specifies the style for an active link. The link becomes active when you click on it.
A:hover Specifies the style for the link when hovered over with the mouse.
