Why is the file not available for download after payment?

Hi all!
After payment, the file does not appear on the Files section!
What could be the problem ?

The problem may be in the status of the order.
In the settings of the store in the Options tab, look for the item "Status of the completed order" and see if the status that you assign after payment is included there.
