Hello. I have a file /bitrix/tools/getscripts_v2.php, if I change the name before it becomes available, but with the given name it is not available. What could be the problem? In htaccess I checked, there are no conditions with this file, I also checked in the server settings, I also did not find it.

This can be found out by sequentially observing how the corresponding request is processed. Judging by the tags, you have a whole heap of nginx, apache and bitrix there, so it can be difficult. Smoke configs in the same sequence, in general.
