Why is the external network switch option not available in Hyper-V?

The option is not available in the Hyper-V virtual network switch.
I create a virtual machine, only the internal and private switches are available in the virtual network switch settings. In the NIC settings, from the standard services and protocols, there is only an extra Froticlient, I tried to turn it off, in fact nothing changes.
