Why is the element not being displayed in the code?

Greetings! on my demo site there is a stock item with a counter installed using a plugin. I can’t figure out why “:” is not displayed between the time digits, although if you look in the code inspector - they are there,
<li class="seperator">:</li>
yes, they are turned off in the styles, but again - if you turn them on, then nothing will happen. I tried to set a colon through the li pseudo-elements, but again they are not displayed for any parameters - why? does the script have any effect on this?
