Hello everybody. Such a problem:
The site konkurentov.net.ua only in Chrome and Edge loads the page code, but is not visually displayed. In Mozilla and Yandex browser everything is OK. I don’t understand, the code didn’t change, I accidentally checked it in Chrome and found this.

I suspect that because of the preloader, chrome thinks that the whole body is not on the screen, and decides not to render it, and then the preloader is removed, and the position of the body relative to the screen does not change
