Why is the computer not pinging on the local network?

Guys, tell me please what could be the problem?
There is Comp_2 with a 1C base, which is connected to the local network through router_2, router_2 is connected to the Internet through the second router_1, to which there is a direct Internet cable. The second router_1, in turn, is connected to a direct Internet cable and computer_1, which had access to the 1C database. Everything worked, but today even comp_1 cannot connect to the database. The third computer connected to Router_2 connects to the 1C base without problems. Maybe a picture will help you understand.

On router 2, check the forwarding settings of the corresponding ports if it works in NAT. Perhaps they flew off.
