Why is the code parameter returned during authorization needed?

When authorizing through VK, the GET parameter code is returned to you, where does it come from? This is a code, like a hash, when a user logs in to VK, it changes. Right?

codeserves to receive access_token. But be careful, the code is valid for 1 hour after authorization.
To receive access_token, you need to send a request to https://oauth.vk.com/access_token . By passing the parameters specified in the documentation .
