Why is the cascade not loading in OpenCV?

I recently started getting familiar with OpenCV. I took the Cascade Classifier code , but for some reason the cascades are not loaded. I tried everything: I wrote the absolute and relative paths, put various slashes, but all in vain.

What language is it?
Try back double slashes.
