When adding a product to the cart, it is not updated, you need to reload the page, then the added product appears. What could be causing this and how to fix it?

You have cached requests, you need to disable caching.

If some module is used for caching, check its settings and add to the exceptions those requests that you do not need to cache or disable caching.
Or perhaps the cache is configured through the .htaccess file, then you need to delete the caching rules there or disable caching through the rules in this file.
